This study is divided into three teams, which are the blue team, the orange team and the red team. In self-introduction, the strength of the orange team is the weakest, with four students basically novice, only one student is a car enthusiast, while the students of the blue and red teams have experience in the automotive industry.
The five members of the orange team, the captain Xi Hui, have no experience in the automobile-related industry, why did they come to study? Because I bought a second-hand car and stepped on a lot of pits and paid a lot of tuition, but I didn't learn the truth from the tuition fees paid by stepping on the pits, so I thought about going to a professional training class to improve myself and avoid stepping on the pits in the future.

The red team originally had six people, one of whom was a former student, who soared in his career after studying at the car inspector's house, and recognized us very much, this time he came here again with his apprentice, but because he was too busy with work, he had to go back to the local area to preside over the overall situation after accompanying the apprentice for three days. For most people, the theoretical course is relatively boring, but theoretical knowledge is the basis of hands-on practice, important and critical, and difficulties must be overcome!
Came to the fourth day of the training course, mainly engine decomposition, the understanding of auto parts and chassis structural parts, just learn the basic knowledge of the car, no physical dismantling, it is difficult to understand thoroughly, the most important core component of the car is the engine, most of the students know the engine, but the working principle and detailed parts are confused, so the engine physical disassembly, maintenance direction, man-hour maintenance costs, testing direction has a great help to the understanding of the students.
Then came to the fifth day of the real vehicle inspection course, before the training began, for everyone to demonstrate the detailed inspection process and methods and skills of the vehicle, due to the small white more, the first day of training there are many people missed a lot of items. It's okay, one time is born and two times cooked, practice makes perfect, and there are many opportunities to practice later!
After the training, I returned to the classroom, reviewed the inspection sequence of the entire vehicle, and also sent a testing flow chart to everyone, so as not to miss important items. A good memory is not as good as a bad pen, Wang Feng of the blue team is also a little white, but Wang Feng belongs to the memorization of notes, if you don't understand, just ask, in the past few days of study, the pen and the book have never left the hand, which also gave a big score for the later theoretical exam.
Brother Zhou of the blue team, is the big brother in the blue team, specializing in parallel import car business such as land patrol, and now also wants to develop the business of quasi-new cars, so he came to improve and improve, on the first day of training, Brother Zhou looked at the condition of a car at a speed of ten minutes, but in the face of the questions raised by the training teacher, Brother Zhou was a little lacking in confidence, and he really didn't look carefully enough, and then according to the detailed process, more problems were detected.
On the sixth day, the theoretical course was returned, and the content was the detection method of the blister car and the mechanism analysis of the blister car. After several days of intensive study, everyone was a little tired, so they organized a dinner party for all the students in the evening to relax, Lu Gongcheng of the red team was from Shandong, and the amount of alcohol of the big brother in Shandong crushed everyone present, and he easily drank six cups of white stomach, and then dried a few bottles of beer to moisten his throat.

In addition, Cai Peng of the red team, from Ningde, Fujian, is also a billiards god, billiards for him, let you easily handle it with one hand. In the practical operation, he likes to study whether the screws are disassembled, and is nicknamed "the screw buster of all evils", but Peng Peng's business is busy, and the phone calls are one after another, which affects his performance.
Lying under the car is the red team captain Yang Chenfei, from Xinjiang, look at this posture to know how serious the car is usually, has suffered a big loss is different, the training of this car found that the rear bumper has been painted, the trunk spare tire groove can not confirm whether the rear dash plate is damaged, so it is confirmed again from the bottom of the car. He deserves to be the captain and plays a good leading role.
The following student is Peng Liangqiang, a member of the red team, from Chengde, Hebei Province, currently working in Chengdu, no experience in automobiles, but he is very interested in cars when he is a child, and his hands-on ability is very strong.
In the theoretical course, he is willing to share some cases and experiences about himself, and he is also the earliest one in the red team attendance during the study period, and he has never been late once, and he helps the teacher check whether the dismantled trim strips are installed in place after each practice.
Xi Hui, the captain of the orange team, from Dalian, Northeast China, is currently settled in Chengdu, the detection is also cautious and subtle, in the process of practical operation, it was found that the rear bumper and trunk lid of this car are also painted, and it is not sure whether the rear panel is damaged, so it was also carefully inspected from the bottom of the car, and found that the rear quarter was deformed, and no one else found it.
The day before, I just praised the captain of the orange team for being careful enough, and the next day there was a major problem missing from this BMW 5 Series, and the captain Xi Hui went through the process strictly when checking the blister project, and judged that there was no soaking in water, but finally used auxiliary equipment (endoscope) to see the sediment under the carpet and the sediment inside the cavity of the bottom plate. On the last day of graduation, we organized everyone to visit the maintenance workshop of the accident car, saw the original accident form to be repaired, as well as the accident car being repaired and the accident car that has been repaired, and learned about the maintenance plan of the accident car and many maintenance tools.
Soon it was time for the final exam, and there was a small episode in the practice, that is, the blue team and the red team PK match, to see which team lost, they invited everyone in both teams to eat hot pot, and the blue team lived up to expectations and won, so they had to give themselves a "I am the best".
The orange team was originally the weakest team in this period, but I didn't expect it to be the second place in the end, and you can understand that although it is the second place, this result is not easy!
Next is the red team with a strong foundation, I didn't expect to get the penultimate place, three of the red team are second-hand car dealers, it stands to reason that they shouldn't lose, because the red team members and captains are often late and absent, after all, they are all big bosses, the business is too busy, and the work can't be left behind in the process of learning, and finally it's embarrassing to compare an OK gesture.
