In order to care for children's mental health and promote their physical and mental health development, under the joint construction organization of the grassroots committee of Huadu District of the China Democratic National Construction Association, Zilan Community of Huacheng Street, Guangzhou Shengquan Hospital and the social work station of the "Double Hundred Project" of Huacheng Street, every weekend in March, the Xiaohonghua Psychological Studio of Zilan Community of Huacheng Street carried out a series of psychological counseling activities. On the same day, the in-service party members of the community turned into psychological counselors, through creative painting, music rhythm, paper cutting, rope skipping and other methods, so that the children could feel the beauty of art, express their inner feelings, and help them channel negative emotions and relieve daily psychological pressure. It is reported that the month-long series of activities attracted nearly 80 children to participate.
In the process of carrying out the activities, different ways of art experience and physical exercise have become an effective way for children to release stress and relax, and they have found a spiritual home in the ocean of art.
