The years do not live, and the seasons flow. As the birthplace and specialized research and development enterprise of the continental flight parameters and audio and video acquisition and recording system (hereinafter referred to as "flying ginseng", commonly known as the aircraft "black box"), the factory was renamed as "state-owned Qianshan Electronic Instrument Factory" in April 1969 and the factory was renamed "State-owned Qianshan Electronic Instrument Factory" in March 1980, and in January 2008, the aviation industry Qianshan implemented the company restructuring and registered and established "Shaanxi Qianshan Avionics Co., Ltd." Qianshan has always kept pace with the development of New China and shared the fate with the growth of New China's aviation industry, and has gone through 55 years of spring and autumn, becoming the first domestic civil aircraft airworthiness certificate certification unit, constantly promoting China's flight ginseng industry to a new level, and making positive contributions to the development of China's aviation industry.
In the 55 years of struggle, Qianshan has resolutely implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the work requirements of the Party Group and the Party Committee of the Airborne System of the Group Company, firmly established the original mission of "serving the country by aviation and strengthening the country by aviation", and adhered to the concept of "innovation and refinement, integrity and practice", forming a core professional ability of data multi-fusion collection, data storage and crash survival, data application and mining, and continuous improvement of the professional innovation ability of flying ginseng/comprehensive data management. The aircraft data management system recognized by the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense is an enterprise for the development of military protection.
Work hard to promote the start-up and professional foundation of the enterprise
On April 7, 1969, in accordance with the strategic layout of the new China's aviation industry, with the approval of the Third Ministry of Machinery Industry, Qianshan was officially established. At this stage, Qianshan is based on the third line, hard work, self-reliance, while construction, research and development, and production. It has successively developed and produced electronic testing equipment such as enlargement machine, laser collimator, radio crystal compass, ultra-high frequency radio compass, etc., and has trial-produced vacuum tube millivoltmeter, pulse oscilloscope, micro ohmmeter, jack, grinder, metal rotor thickness gauge, frequency modulation tape machine and other products. Through independent research and development of special electronic testing equipment, a scientific research and production system has been initially built. Through the research and development of general electronic equipment, it has the ability to develop and produce special electronic test equipment for aviation, and has preliminarily determined the development direction of Qianshan with data collection, recording, protection and processing as its specialty, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of products.
Overcome difficulties to achieve product transformation and enterprise transformation
Facing the spring breeze of reform and opening up, Qianshan actively promotes technological innovation, fills the gap in domestic professional development, and promotes the transformation of leading products from aviation special electronic test equipment to airborne products.
At this stage, Qianshan adhered to the "aviation-oriented" unswervingly, "transferred to civilians" and did not forget to "protect the army", and independently developed the SM-7 airborne data acquisition system and DZ-5 ground processing system, which laid the foundation for the transition of test equipment to airborne products. Since 1980, the first aviation airborne product FJ-1A flight parameter recording system has been designed and finalized, which fills the gap in the fatigue monitoring test of continental aircraft and the domestic airborne flight parameter recorder, and marks the birth of the first generation of domestic flight ginseng.

In 1989, the design of the second-generation FJ-30 flight data recording system with crash survival function was finalized, which made Qianshan's main products gradually shift from aviation special test equipment to aviation airborne electronic equipment, and Qianshan's professional positioning has a new direction with more development prospects.

Adjust the structure to achieve core technology cultivation and accelerate the development of enterprises
After entering the 90s of the 20th century, Qianshan adhered to the policy of "aviation-oriented, military-oriented, science and technology factory, and military-civilian integration", actively cultivated core technologies, and took the research and development of the third generation of flying ginseng as an opportunity to adjust the product structure, accelerate technological transformation, and transform from simple scientific research and production to scientific research and production and operation. In 1991, the FJ-30 obtained China's first TSOA airworthiness certificate for airborne equipment. In 1994, the design of the FJ-20 flight data recording system was finalized, and the flight ginseng products were upgraded. The technology of the third-generation flight ginseng product has reached the level of similar foreign products, and has become an indispensable equipment for flight accident analysis and processing, flight safety management and flight training. In 1997, Qianshan actively explored the market and jointly held the Air Force Flying Ginseng Achievement Exhibition, and the flying ginseng realized the development road from "optional to must-install". At the end of the 90s, the development of the fourth generation of flying ginseng began.
At this stage, Qianshan has made positive changes in talent training, scientific and technological investment, scientific research management, etc., and its development force has been continuously strong. In 1998, the largest technological transformation of infrastructure construction was carried out at that time, and the new machining plant, surface plant, electronic complex building, etc., greatly improved the production capacity and quality assurance capacity, and gradually embarked on the road of rapid development.

Innovation and development accelerate product upgrading and enterprise comprehensive capability improvement
Entering the new century, Qianshan has continued to promote innovation and development, significantly improved the technical level of products, made major breakthroughs in product structure adjustment, realized the diversification and pedigree development of products, formed core capabilities, obtained the qualification of national key military protection units, and jumped to a new level in comprehensive competitiveness. Qianshan seized the opportunity of national defense modernization and development, and the self-developed fourth-generation flying ginseng was successively applied to the national key models, establishing the professional status of Qianshan's domestic flying ginseng development and production. In 2002, the company used homologous technology to innovate and expand its products, and developed products such as electromechanical management system, engine indication and air attendant warning system, all of which were the first in China, enriching the product structure of Qianshan Airlines and enhancing the strength of the enterprise. In November 2008, Qianshan moved its R&D center from Hanzhong to Xi'an High-tech Zone, and subsequently moved its registered place to Xi'an, opening a new page in the history of Qianshan's development.

Qianshan has continued to promote reform and development, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively strengthened the leadership of the party, focused on the primary responsibility and main business, formed core professional capabilities such as data multi-fusion collection, data storage and crash survival, data application and mining, and continued to improve the innovation ability of Feishen/comprehensive data management. It has successively won the honors of "National Enterprise Technology Center", "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise", "Specialized, Special and New" Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Provincial Military-Civilian Integration Demonstration Unit, Xi'an High-tech Enterprise, Xi'an Big Data Enterprise, etc., and has been approved to set up a national postdoctoral research station.
Qianshan diversified development, constantly improve technical strength, realize the standardization, generalization, and serialization of flight ginseng, and gradually evolve into an aviation objective data center. The data crash survival capability has continued to improve, with a 100 percent survival rate of various accidents, and the comprehensive deployment of air, sea, and land models has created a precedent for Continental Airlines' airborne products to be equipped with advanced Western fighters in batches. Based on the homologous technology of flying ginseng/integrated data management system, it has formed a series of product pedigrees such as mechanical and electrical management, fault diagnosis, and data application, and expanded related diversified industries, promoted industrial integration, and actively served local economic and social development. Strengthen capacity building, with the leading independent airworthiness capability in China, and establish a service guarantee system covering major users across the country.
