For the British racing community, the Isle of Man TT (also known as the Isle of Man TT, Isle of Man TT) was a milestone in their march towards modern motorsport and the development of the motorsport industry, and it was also an important support point for the British two-wheeled racing industry after the Man Island TT ceased to be the WGP World Championship between the 80s and the millennium.
Dating back to 1907 and after two world wars instigated by the Great Powers, the TT was first a stop at the WGP World Championship in 1949, but due to safety concerns, it became extinct in the WGP World Championship after the last race was held in 1976.
At present, the competition category setting rules of Man Island TT are similar to those of WorldSBK, and the main categories in recent years are as follows:
1. The highest level of Superbike TT;
2. Supersport TT similar to WorldSSP/WSSP600 specifications;
3. Superstock TT similar to STK1000 specifications;
4. Supertwin TT evolved from Lightweight TT;
5、Sidecar 挂边车。
From the 80s to the millennium, it was a composite era of two-stroke and four-stroke racing, and there were many classes set up in that era to correspond to most of the models from the European version to the Japanese version at that time, from the commercially available GP125 and GP250 racing cars, to the 4-stroke four-cylinder 250, 400, 750, and two-stroke 250 production models. At that time, this trend gave birth to a boom in the two-wheeled racing industry in Britain at that time, and the employment opportunities for professional mechanics were extremely high and in short supply..... .....
