Project Brief Introduction
Yantai Industrial Design Industrial Park, as the province's first industrial design characteristic park, is an important carrier for the city to build a "world design capital". Since May 19, 2022, when the municipal government identified the high-tech zone as the main body of the park's planning and construction, the project construction has been promoted at full speed, and the investment promotion has achieved good results. The project has the following features:
First, the positioning layout is fast. The park has determined the functional positioning of "design empowerment, industrial support, and commercial support", and plans to lay out three major sectors to create an industrial design theme park integrating "industry, university, research, culture, tourism and commerce" and industry-city integration.
Second, the construction is advancing rapidly. The independent development of the platform company and the construction of the park operator are advancing simultaneously, and all the construction is in full swing. The main body of the intelligent manufacturing industrial park has been completed, the main body of the headquarters economic industrial park has been capped, and the second phase has started construction, 14 buildings of the cultural and creative industrial park have been capped within five months, and the construction of the remaining 8 main buildings has been completed, and the construction of the Guanhu Hotel, the high-end business district and the electronic information industrial park has been started, and will be completed and put into use by the end of 2025.
Third, the investment is fast. Adhering to the construction and investment promotion, a package of investment promotion and preferential enterprise policies have been introduced, and industrial parks such as intelligent manufacturing and cultural and creative industries have successively attracted investment and operation, and more than 80 projects have been settled, signed and landed, and intend to settle down, with a total investment of 9 billion yuan, and the industrial cluster effect has gradually emerged.
Fourth, the expansion space is fast. To the east, 21 old and scattered enterprises were demolished, more than 350 households were demolished in the whole village, and 1,000 acres of construction land were vacated for the development of the aerospace industry and the layout and planning of future industries such as artificial intelligence. After the park is put into operation and production in 2027, the output value of industrial design services will be 10 billion yuan, and the annual profit and tax will be more than 1 billion yuan.

Project Brief Introduction
The project is undertaken by the state-owned platform development company under Yantai High-tech Zone, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 160 acres and a total construction area of 250,000 square meters, which will start in August 2023, and the first phase will be completed and delivered by the end of 2024, and will be completed as a whole in June 2025.
The park focuses on the subdivision of diagnostic equipment, implant interventional equipment and biological products, supporting complete public services and living service facilities, building a one-stop specialized and refined characteristic park integrating office, research and development, pilot test and production, and building a 10-billion-level medical device industrial base.
The project adopts the mode of "government planning park, state-owned platform construction, and central enterprise advance construction". By cooperating with central enterprises to build professional parks, we will undertake projects with high-quality carriers to solve the bottleneck of insufficient financial funds, improve the average income per mu, and realize land intensification and industrial agglomeration.
At present, more than 50 projects will be the first batch of projects to settle in the park by the end of 2024, and after delivery in 2025, the occupancy rate of the plant will reach 100%, the occupancy rate of the office and scientific research part will reach 50%, and the output value can exceed 10 billion yuan in 5 years.
