On March 27, the Boao Forum for Asia held a general meeting during the annual meeting, which was attended by nearly 100 representatives of member companies. Mr. Ban Ki-moon delivered a speech, thanking the members of the Forum for their long-term and staunch support for the Forum, and hoped that everyone would unite and unite their collective strength to face global challenges together. Secretary-General Li Baodong introduced the main work of the forum in the past year and the work plan for this year.
The member representatives fully affirmed the work of the Secretariat and appreciated the forum for actively promoting the institutionalization of thematic conferences, overseas conferences and academic reports while holding the annual meeting.
The conference deliberated and approved the work report made by Secretary-General Li Baodong and the relevant resolutions of the Council.
