In the pre-washing phase, the water is heated to 30°C-40°C by means of a steam generator to remove stains from the surface of the linen and prepare it for formal cleaning. After adding the detergent, the steam temperature needs to be adjusted to heat the water to 60°C, only then the detergent and disinfectant can work optimally.
Steam generators can also provide the right temperature for dryers and ironers. Steam heating and drying not only makes the linen dry, but also softer, and at the same time, high-temperature steam drying can also play a certain role in sterilization and disinfection, only enough temperature and time can effectively kill microorganisms.
After the linen is dried in the dryer, the linen is ironed. The drum linen ironing machine heats the rollers by steam, and then uses the heat and pressure of the rollers to iron to make the ironed linen smoother.
Only by scientifically processing the linen and strictly controlling the details can we truly achieve cleanliness and hygiene.
