There are always a few friends around
It seems that there is a response to every sentence
But nothing has actually been settled
The main one has been read back
Others:...... Meal card ......
Him: Huh?
Others:...... Met......
Him: Ah, what kind of taro, milk tea?
But sometimes friends really don't mean it
Because it is possible to work in a noisy environment for a long time
But the corresponding protective measures are not taken
Causes hearing loss
Today, let's talk about occupational noise deafness
What is occupational noise deafness?
Ears, the best friend of mankind, but our good friend has endured too much now, and when I go out, glasses, masks, headphones and earrings are not left behind.
The ears can be said to be the model workers of the human organs, working 24 hours a day, and if we don't protect them well, our ears are likely to be damaged.
Occupational noise deafness is a special kind of chronic acoustic deafness, which refers to a kind of slow and progressive sensorineural hearing loss that occurs when workers are exposed to occupational noise stimuli for a long time in the workplace, also known as occupational hearing loss, and is also a legal occupational disease in mainland China.
The main symptoms of clinical manifestations are progressive hearing loss, tinnitus, headache and dizziness.
Generally speaking, noise below 80 decibels has little impact on hearing, and noise exceeding the safety standard of 85 decibels may cause tinnitus and deafness, and with the increase of exposure years and noise intensity, the time of deafness and tinnitus is significantly shortened.
It is important to note that occupational noise deafness is irreversible, and there is currently a lack of effective treatment and rehabilitation measures.
What should I do if I suspect occupational noise deafness?
If a worker suspects that he or she has occupational noise deafness, he or she can go to a medical institution with the ability to conduct occupational health examinations to preliminarily determine whether the disease he is suffering from is related to the occupation he is engaged in.
If an occupational disease cannot be ruled out, you need to bring the following materials to the occupational disease diagnosis institution where the employer is located, the place where you are registered or the place where you habitually reside to apply for an occupational disease diagnosis:
(1) The worker's occupational history and exposure history to occupational disease hazards (including working hours, type of work, position, name of occupational disease hazard factors exposed, etc.);
(2) The results of the worker's occupational health examination;
(3) Detection results of occupational disease hazards in the workplace;
(4) Other information related to the diagnosis.
How to prevent occupational noise deafness?
The key to the prevention and control of occupational noise deafness among workers exposed to occupational noise is prevention!
Do the following 6 points to protect your hearing health rights:
1
Sign an employment contract
Before taking up the job, the employee should sign a labor contract with the employer, and take the initiative to check the labor contract to find out whether there is a noise hazard in the position he is applying for.
At the same time, you can check the detection results of occupational disease hazards in the workplace on the occupational health management information bulletin board of the employer, and understand the noise intensity of the position you are applying for, and when the equivalent sound level exceeds 80 decibels for 8 hours, it is a noise operation.
How do you understand 80 decibels? Send you a reference example and you will understand:

2
Occupational health check-ups
Actively participating in the occupational health examinations organized by the employer before, during, and after leaving the post is conducive to early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment, and the cost of the occupational health examination shall be borne by the employer.
3
Occupational health training
Actively participate in the occupational health training carried out by the employer before and during the job, and constantly improve their awareness of ear protection.
4
safety first
Consciously abide by the employer's occupational health post operating procedures or other safety regulations.
5
Personal protection
If the working environment is 80-85 decibels, it is recommended to wear protective earplugs, and for noisy jobs greater than 85 decibels, it is mandatory to wear protective earplugs or/or earmuffs correctly throughout the whole process.
6
Develop a good lifestyle and pay attention to your occupational health
Develop a good lifestyle, such as avoiding wearing headphones to listen to music and make phone calls for a long time, or often going to bars, karaoke and other entertainment places with loud volumes.
If you find that you have symptoms such as tinnitus, hearing loss, dizziness and headache, please go to a professional institution for examination or consultation in time.
Both at work and in life
I hope everyone can take good care of their ears
