At the same time, the new model is also expected to continue to be imported into the domestic market in the second half of this year, because it is equipped with a new small displacement power engine, its market guide price is also expected to usher in a slight reduction, the main competitors in the same class include Land Rover Defender and other hard-core SUV models.
It is reported that the new Mercedes-Benz G550 model will be powered by an upgraded 3.0T inline six-cylinder turbocharged engine, with a maximum power of 320kW and a peak torque of 560N·m, and the transmission system is matched with a 9-speed automatic manual transmission and a 48-volt mild hybrid system. The interior also adds temperature-controlled cup holders, wireless phone charging and beautiful rear-seat media settings, as well as two 11.6-inch touchscreens. In addition, the new car will offer an off-road cockpit digital control layout and a "transparent hood" feature borrowed from the EQE SUV.
The new Mercedes-AMG G63 model will continue to use a 4.0T V8 twin-turbo engine with a maximum power of 430kW and a peak torque of 850Nm, and the transmission system is mated to a 9-speed automatic manual transmission, and is also equipped with a 48-volt mild hybrid system. Consumers can also opt for G-wagen's new Active Ride Control Suspension, which features hydraulic roll control hardware that eliminates the need for traditional anti-roll bars and improves wheel articulation on rough terrain and handling on regular asphalt.
In addition, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class pure electric version will also abandon the "EQ" model trademark and be named "G580", and the new car is planned to be launched successively this year, and will be imported into the domestic market at the same time. It is reported that the new car will be driven by a four-motor form, equipped with a 107.8kW·h battery pack, with a maximum output of 385kW and a peak torque of 856Nm.
