With a total area of 2.94 hectares, Nanguan Park is the first ecological waterscape garden in Beijing to be landscaped with reclaimed water, and in 2023, an intelligent reclaimed water irrigation project will be introduced based on the concept of "scientific, green and low-carbon", and the system construction will be completed in December of the same year. It is understood that the South Pavilion Park originally used municipal tap water for green irrigation, and the irrigation system was built more than 20 years ago, with serious aging facilities, low irrigation efficiency and outstanding waste of water resources in the whole park. The current intelligent reclaimed water irrigation system adopts the method of high-pressure sprinkler irrigation, which can sense the moisture of the soil layer of 20 cm to 30 cm underground, and stop irrigation when it reaches the standard.
