At present, the annual production capacity of recycled polyester filament is 150,000 tons, and the products are positioned in differentiation and functionalization, covering hundreds of varieties in the three series of POY, FDY AND DTY. Its products have obtained GRS environmental protection product international certification, OKEO-TEX100 low-carbon product certification, etc., which has won a green "pass" for the company's recycled fibers to expand the international market.

Haili environmental protection has realized the digital traceability of raw materials. "All the bottle bricks that are transported to the company will be hung with IC cards when they are put into storage, and the information such as the city location, supplier, quantity, and quality of the bottles will be entered into the system, which is like making each package of recycled raw materials have a one-to-one corresponding "ID card". General Manager Qian Jing said, "Through digital empowerment, we have realized the traceability of waste polyester bottles, bottle flakes (slices), recycled polyester and recycled polyester filaments, ensuring the traceability of regeneration and the authenticity of the identity of recycled fibers." ”
Haili environmental protection has realized the green life cycle of products. Its recycled polyester filament yarn carries green "genes" throughout its life cycle.
