Owner's Needs:
This case is a three-storey stacked house, and the owner's daughter currently lives alone, and plans to live with the whole family in the future. Core needs included keeping four bedrooms, providing space for pets, and providing a comfortable area for reading. Owners also expect to have ample storage to keep their homes tidy and organized to meet their family's daily needs.
Design Highlights:
The whole house is designed without main lights, creating an open and free layout by optimizing the circulation between the shoe and cloakroom, dining room, kitchen and living room. Also included in the design is an open-plan study room, designed to provide family members with a free space to study and work. The entire living space is based on nature and simplicity, with soft cream tones to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Living room
The living room has a minimalist design, with the main color palette being cream, complemented by warm tones such as gray and orange, creating a simple and spacious space. The design without main lights and soft bricks echoes the minimalist interior style. The U-shaped sofa and square coffee table enhance the atmosphere in cream tones, making the space more elegant and atmospheric.
The living room is surrounded by windows on three sides to create a panoramic sense of openness and blend in with the natural scenery without barriers. Through the split-level design, the space can naturally form a transparent and independent character. The TV-free design transforms the living room from "hospitality" to "interactive", promoting communication between family members.
restaurant
The dining room continues the minimalist décor, with a marble round table that creates a more intense atmosphere for dining. The greenery on the dining table and the eggshell creative lights on the top complement each other, adding a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere to the dining area, as if all the little troubles can be cured in an instant. The bar and wine cooler next to the dining table are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional.
staircase
As a link between the upper and lower floors, the staircase not only satisfies the basic needs, but also adds layers to the entire space through considerations of form, material and safety. The space under the stairs is cleverly used to store pet supplies, making the most of the space.
den
Located on the second floor, the study has an open plan design with a bookcase installed behind it to facilitate the storage of books, as well as some figurines and items that the owner likes. The long hollow chandelier provides illumination of the entire staircase area.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is designed with a upholstered bed, which is both stylish and comfortable. Warm-coloured linens add softness to the room and allow you to soothe the fatigue of the day. Delicate chandeliers and light strips create a warm atmosphere while enhancing the layering of the space, making it both elegant and not monotonous, adding a sense of atmosphere to the space.
Second bedroom
The walls and ceiling of the second bedroom are finished in cream white, which enhances the continuity of the space. The furnishings are simple and meet the basic needs of living.
toilet
The main bathroom has a brick shower area that separates wet and dry. The floating sink has an undercounter basin embedded in it, which is simple and smart. The functional partition of the toilet is reasonable, there is no dead angle, it is easy to clean, and it provides a comfortable and healthy environment for the residents.
