In the last century, the CC faction in the Kuomintang was trusted by Chiang Kai-shek, but was eventually purged by Chiang Kai-shek.
Chiang Kai-shek once relied on a series of power means, after the death of Mr. Sun Yat-sen, grasped the power in the Kuomintang, and Chiang Kai-shek relied on the three major families of Song, Kong, and Chen.
The reputation of the Kong and Song families is still heard of, but the Chen family rarely mentions it, first, after Chiang Kai-shek's defeat, the Chen family was kicked out of the center of power, and second, it was relatively low-key during the period of supporting Chiang Kai-shek.
However, when Chiang Kai-shek was in power on the mainland, the CC faction centered on the Chen family directly controlled all party affairs of the Kuomintang.
So why was the CC system, which had such an important position, finally banned by Chiang Kai-shek?
The origin of the name CC is the Central Club, which was established by the Chen brothers in 1927, and is an acronym of two English words.
In addition, C and Chen have the same meaning, so everyone called this faction of the Chen brothers CC system, which helped Chiang Kai-shek embark on the road of dictatorship.
In this year, Chiang Kai-shek wanted to take sole control of the power in the Kuomintang, but was opposed by strong forces within the Kuomintang, and Chiang Kai-shek was forced to declare his resignation.
At this time, the Central Committee of the Kuomintang was controlled by the Gui faction headed by Li Zongren, and Chen Guofu, who was Chiang Kai-shek's confidant, remained within the Kuomintang.
In order to help Chiang Kai-shek regain power, Chen Guofu personally formed the Central Club, including those who supported Chiang Kai-shek, and at the same time vigorously supported the grassroots cadres close to Chiang Kai-shek.
At the same time, Chen Guofu once again increased the operation of a training institution that had been established before to train new supporters for Chiang Kai-shek.
As Chen Guofu's power grew, so did the institution, which in 1929 became the Central Political School, where Chiang Kai-shek became its principal and from which many Kuomintang officials graduated.
Through the efforts of the two Chen brothers, there were more and more people supporting Chiang Kai-shek in the political arena, and a one-sided situation soon formed.
Coupled with Chiang Kai-shek's constant victories in the warlord wars, the entire Kuomintang has gradually fallen into the world of Chiang Kai-shek alone.
The CC faction that helped Chiang Kai-shek return to power naturally contributed to it, and their power developed extremely rapidly, and during the three major years of the Kuomintang, a large number of CC members entered the power center of the Kuomintang.
The most important Central Organization Department of the Kuomintang was also actually controlled by Chen Guofu, and other subordinate departments with real power were also replaced by Chen Guofu's own cronies.
At this point, the KMT's party affairs were completely controlled by Chen Guofu, and there was a saying in society that "the Chiang family is the Chen family party in the world".
Chen Guofu aggressively excluded dissidents from the party, but anyone who opposed Chiang Kai-shek was reported by the CC faction and eventually excluded from the center of power.
At the same time, all the officials of the Kuomintang grassroots organizations are all students who have come out of Chen Guofu, and they are deeply rooted in the grassroots level, which also makes Chen Guofu's position in the Kuomintang more and more stable, and no one dares to shake it easily.
Even Chiang Kai-shek could not openly accuse Chen Guofu, and Chiang Kai-shek wanted to continue to stabilize his rule, but he could not leave the CC department behind Chen Guofu.
So, why didn't Chiang Kai-shek control such an important organization himself, but handed it over to Chen Guofu, and how did they become Chiang Kai-shek's henchmen?

Such an important post, Chiang Kai-shek should have been in his own hands, why did he let the Chen brothers control it?
When it comes to this issue, we have to talk about Chen Guofu's father, Chen Qimei, before Chiang Kai-shek participated in the revolution, Chen Qimei was active in the political arena and was one of the elders of the League.
In addition, Chen Qimei also had another identity that made Chiang Kai-shek extremely covetous, that is, Chen Qimei was the representative and leader of the Jiangsu and Zhejiang departments at that time.
Therefore, Chiang Kai-shek wanted to become the spokesperson of the Jiangsu and Zhejiang departments, Chen Qimei was his biggest obstacle, and Chiang Kai-shek at that time had no support at all, so he could only defect to Chen Qimei's command to do things.
Chiang Kai-shek worked hard and finally won the trust of Chen Qimei, and Chiang Kai-shek also wooed Chen Qimei's two sons, whose status gradually increased, and Chen Qimei became brothers with different surnames.
However, just when Chen Qimei was showing his talents, Yuan Shikai sent someone to assassinate Chen Qimei, and Chiang Kai-shek tried to protect Chen Guofu and the two brothers, and won the support of the two brothers.
Since then, the two brothers Chen Guofu have faithfully served Chiang Kai-shek, helped Chiang Kai-shek deal with various affairs, and brought all the major clans in Jiangsu and Zhejiang to support Chiang Kai-shek.
Chiang Kai-shek was greatly moved, so he handed over the party power to the hands of the two brothers, and also trusted and relied on Chen Guofu very much, however, with the consolidation of Chiang Kai-shek's regime, the power of the Chen brothers made Chiang Kai-shek feel dangerous.
First of all, the establishment of the Central Unification was full of CC officials headed by Chen Guofu, and Chiang Kai-shek's speech was not as effective as Chen Guofu.
In this regard, Chiang Kai-shek set up another military command, vigorously supported Dai Li, and let the two supervise each other, while he grasped this balance, while Chen Guofu's CC system continued to grow.
At the same time, Chiang Kai-shek also tried his best to get Chen Guofu to deny the existence of the CC system, on the one hand, Chiang Kai-shek wanted to suppress the forces of the CC system, and on the other hand, the existence of the CC system, which made Chiang Kai-shek's political image not good-looking.
Therefore, Chen Guofu has always denied the existence of the CC system to the outside world, saying that it is completely a rumor made by outsiders, but in the face of Chen Guofu's statement, not many people buy it.
As for the establishment of the CC system, there is no document within the Kuomintang, and it is more of an invisible force headed by Chen Guofu.
Although Chen Guofu has repeatedly denied it, what is certain is that the way the KMT operates is very prone to the emergence of various factions.
Within the Kuomintang alone, there were many factions, such as the reorganization faction, the new political department, and the old prince's faction headed by Sun Ke.
This situation stems from the system of appointment of Kuomintang officials, although the term of office of Kuomintang officials is noted, there is no regulation on how many consecutive terms, resulting in some well-known people staying in one position for more than ten years, even until they die.
In such a situation, in order to keep their positions, various Kuomintang officials could only huddle together to keep warm, and then form various factions.
Therefore, Chiang Kai-shek wanted to vigorously deny the existence of the CC system, but neither the Kuomintang nor the outside world would believe Chiang Kai-shek's statement.
So why was the CC system, which made such a contribution to Chiang Kai-shek, banned by Chiang Kai-shek himself?
In the last century, the CC department, which helped Chiang Kai-shek return to politics, was removed by Chiang Kai-shek himself.
Was this decision wrong on the part of the CC department itself, or was it a decision made by Chiang Kai-shek himself?
It can be said that the collapse of the CC system was inseparable from the word power, and in 1935, the Kuomintang held an internal congress, and there were a total of 260 seats in the country.
However, there were more than 50 members of the CC faction, which was overwhelming most of the other factions, and such a situation was something Chiang Kai-shek did not want to see.
Despite Chen Guofu's loyalty to Chiang Kai-shek, as long as the CC system gets out of control, Chiang Kai-shek's political career will face a huge challenge.
Especially during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the artillery fire of the Japanese army gave the Kuomintang grassroots once again an opportunity to break the reorganization.
With the expansion of the CC department, Chen Guofu was involved in a wide range of fields, and under such circumstances, Chen Guofu expressed his loyalty to Chiang Kai-shek, but it still made Chiang Kai-shek feel deeply uneasy.
After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Chiang Kai-shek once again set his sights on the CC department, and at a meeting of the Legislative Yuan, members of the CC department accounted for one-third of the more than 700 delegates.
However, Chiang Kai-shek wanted to control the legislative power himself, and the CC system at this time became an obstacle to Chiang Kai-shek's dictatorship, resulting in the Legislative Yuan being controlled by CC members.
In addition, in the Executive Yuan, the CC Department hopes to get the positions of five important cabinet members, so that the Executive Yuan can also be included in the bag.
However, Zhang Qun, the president of the Executive Yuan at the time, refused to compromise, which angered the members of the CC department, and Zhang Qun finally offered to resign.
However, Zhang Qun was also the president of the Executive Yuan appointed by Chiang Kai-shek, so the CC department was touching Chiang Kai-shek's interests, which once again made Chiang Kai-shek feel uneasy, and he decided to suppress the CC department.
first took down the power of Chen Guofu little by little, and then supported individual members of the CC department who were dissatisfied with Chen Guofu, and began to divide from within the CC department.
At the same time, Chen Guofu's younger brother Chen Lifu was sent to the United States, nominally to go abroad to work, but in fact Chen Guofu fell into an isolated and helpless situation.
Soon Chiang Kai-shek's plan worked, and the CC system began to divide from within, and was no longer able to pose a substantial threat to Chiang Kai-shek.
Later, Chiang Kai-shek was defeated on the mainland and fled to Taiwan, at which point Chiang Kai-shek had more time to deal with Chen Guofu.
Chiang Kai-shek began to kick out the power of the CC system in the economic field, so that Chen Guofu lost the ability to organize large-scale activities, and seeing that he had reached this point, Chiang Kai-shek simply went to the black.
He began to take away real power from Chen Guofu and put him in some unimportant positions, while handing over the propaganda apparatus of the CC department to Chiang Ching-kuo.
At this point, the CC department was no longer able to operate, and Chen Guofu was also very knowledgeable, he did not resist, but handed over all power to Chiang Kai-shek.
However, after doing all this, another Chen Guofu appeared in front of the world, and Chiang Kai-shek only deprived Chen Guofu of his power at the economic level, and did not interfere with Chen Guofu's own property.
