The 2024 Hangzhou Dream Town Half Marathon (Dream Horse), hosted by the People's Government of Yuhang District of Hangzhou and undertaken by the Management Committee of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City (Haichuang Park), will be held on March 31 (Sunday) at the Academic Exchange Center of Future Science and Technology City. In order to ensure the safety, orderly and smooth flow of the race route and surrounding roads, in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ will implement traffic control on some roads during the event, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Basic information of the event
From 5:30 a.m. on March 31, the half marathon and dream run will be assembled at the Academic Exchange Center of Yuhang Future Science and Technology City. The opening ceremony began at 7:50 a.m., and the second half of the marathon and dream run started at 8:00 p.m. The specific routes of each competition are as follows:
(1) Half Marathon: (Starting Point) Future Science and Technology City Academic Exchange Center East →Mengchuang Street→ Yunmen Street → Wanyun Street (Turning Back on Luting North Road), → Wanyun Street→ Yunmen Street→ Liangmu Road→ Yuhangtang Road (Jingteng Road Turnaround), → Jingxing Road→ Xiangxiang Street→ Chuangming Road→ Wenyi West Road (Luting Road Turnback), → Wenyi West Road (Jucheng Road Turnback), → Wenyi West Road→ Liangmu Road→ Xiangxiang Street (West of Haichuang Road), → Xiangxiang Street→ Liangmu Road→ Mengchuang Street→ (Finish) Future Science and Technology City Academic Exchange Center East.
(2) Dream Run: (Starting Point) Future Science and Technology Academic Exchange Center East →Mengchuang Street→ Yunmen Street→ Wanyun Street (Luting North Road Turnback) → Wanyun Street→ Yunmen Street→Mengchuang Street→ (Finish) East of the Academic Exchange Center of Future Science and Technology City.

Control measures
1. Control the road
Mengchuang Street, Yunmen Street, Wanyun Street, Liangmu Road, Yuhangtang Road, Jingxing Road, Xiangxiang Street, Chuangming Road, Wenyi West Road, and Wenyi West Road Tunnels are the core control roads. All motor vehicles are prohibited from parking and passing, and non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians should pass along the road in an orderly manner, and should not be interspersed at will to affect the order of the event.
2. Control area
The enclosed area west of Jucheng Road, north of Aicheng Street, east of Jingteng Road, and south of Yunmen Street is the control area. prohibit the passage of all trucks and hazardous chemical transport vehicles; In addition to the roads (tracks) involved in the race, passenger cars, non-motorized people, and pedestrians are allowed to pass in an orderly manner without interspersing the track.
Triage plan
(1) The westbound trucks of Wenyi West Road are diverted at Jingteng Road, the eastbound trucks are diverted at Jingchang Road, the southbound trucks are diverted at Aicheng Street, and the northbound trucks are diverted at Wanyun Street and Yuntong East Street.
(2) The west-to-east trucks on Yuhangtang Road were diverted at Yunxi Road, and the trucks from east to west were diverted at Jucheng Road.
(3) All motor vehicles on Yunyun Street and Liangmu Road will be diverted at Yuntong East Street.
(4) The diversion trucks mainly go to Wener West Road and Tianmushan West Road.

The player's self-driving parking lot is in the parking lot of Haichuang Park, and the player's self-driving vehicle is parked with the athlete's number book, with 2,500 parking spaces, and there is a round-trip shuttle bus on the day of the event.
