At 10 a.m. on March 26, the Tianjiao International City Meeting Room and Light Art Space, hosted by Guangdong Everbright Group, was grandly opened at 32F of Dongguan Minying International Trade Center. With the theme of "Art as Light, the World of Hands", this exhibition aims to showcase the achievements of contemporary POP art in Asia in an equal way, and jointly explore the development of culture and art.

The Light Art Space was specially designed by Dr. Tan Xu, Chief Art Consultant of Guangdong Everbright Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. and Curator of Light Art Space. As an influential contemporary artist, Dr. Tan Xu has rich curatorial experience, has participated in nearly 100 professional art exhibitions at home and abroad, won more than 30 awards, and is widely recognized in the art world at home and abroad for his unique sculptures.
According to Dr. Tan Xu, the original intention of the design of Light Art Space is to create an art space that allows the audience to actively discover, appreciate and embrace beauty in today's fast-paced society, so that every audience can find the extraordinary inspiration hidden behind ordinary life.

At the same time, Guangdong Everbright Group, as the organizer of this event, has two intentions to open the Light Art Space:
First, it is hoped that this art space will build a platform for Dongguan to showcase the world of "hand-making", express Everbright's pursuit of aesthetics and new lifestyle exploration, and build a window of dialogue in the city.
Second, Light Art Space is also the exclusive living room of Everbright Tianjiao International, the first urban living room presented in the form of an art exhibition hall for a real estate project in Dongguan, and the first panoramic immersive sales center in Dongguan. Stripped of all embellishments and packaging, everything is real and extraordinary as far as the eye can see.

Throughout the world, the birthplace of top luxury is a combination of urban landscape and natural landscape located in the first-line core, enjoying the first-line dual-core resources. Everbright Tianjiao International is located at the junction of only about 1.5 kilometers between Huangqi Mountain and the core area of the city, which is enough to represent the glory of Dongguan's living height, compared with the core section of the Pearl River in Guangzhou and the essence section of Shenzhen Bay.

Brushing away the natural resources, the project is also Seiko polishing, regardless of the cost. The whole project is built by a team of top masters from around the world, guided by oriental luxury aesthetics, and integrated with modern art to carve a talented place covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters. Different from previous projects, in order to meet the diversity of interior design styles and living habits of different people, the project has invited three top interior design teams to work independently, break through the margins, be unique, and create a luxury collection with a construction area of about 163 square meters to 350 square meters.

As a rare large-scale project in Dongguan City, the project is based on the 500-meter natural dragon vein original mountain stream, integrating the philosophy of luxury and hidden landscape, creating a convergence of about 3,000 square meters of dragon vein water system, and the well-being pattern of "double dragon playing with pearls" is born with the trend, and it is also integrated into one of the ten elegant things of the ancients, "listening to the rain, stroking the qin, playing, seeking seclusion, and flowers" to create five spiritual life halls, and build a "Yaji" like a good-neighborly lifestyle.

Therefore, Tianjiao International, which carries the dream of Dongguan to move towards international human settlement, is not only the quality and design of materials, but also has risen to the height of art, reaching the level of collectibles, and is displayed in the light art space. It is reported that in the future, Tianjiao International's public area will also use a large number of artworks throughout it to make the artistic concept consistent.
