Recently, the United States and Western countries have continued to make remarks smearing the national security regulations, which has aroused strong dissatisfaction among the people of Hong Kong. A large number of citizens and organizations continued to spontaneously protest outside the US Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macao, condemning the relevant US and Western countries for deliberately smearing the regulations and attempting to interfere in Hong Kong affairs and China's internal affairs.

This morning, Legislative Council members Yau Tat-kan, Ng Kit-chong, Leung Yuk-wai, and members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Fan Chun-wah went to the US Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macao to protest.
