In order to enhance students' awareness of self-protection, effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of student bullying incidents, and promote the construction of a safe and rule of law campus, on March 20, Ji Kefan, President of the Jinyuan District People's Court, Hu Jianmin, Procurator General of the Procuratorate, and Yan Junwen, Director of the Jinyuan District Education Bureau, walked into Jinze Middle School in Taiyuan City to present a legal feast with the theme of "preventing campus bullying" for more than 500 students. Ji Kefan was hired as the vice principal of the rule of law at Jinze Middle School.
During the event, Liu Jing, president of the Jinyang Court (Juvenile Court) of the Jinyuan District Court and a first-class judge, brought the theme rule of law course "Wings of the Source - Popularization of Law into the Campus and Legal Protection of Youth" to the students of Jinze. Judge Liu Jing gave a detailed explanation on campus safety, prevention of campus bullying and how to be a good student who abides by the law with easy-to-understand language and vivid cases, and warned the students to regulate their behavior at all times, resolutely resist bad temptations, develop the good habit of consciously abiding by the law, finding the law when encountering problems, and doing things according to the law, and strive to be a good teenager who learns and uses the law. Subsequently, the police officers of the Jinyuan District Procuratorate and the students of Taiyuan Technician College performed the sitcom "What should I do?", integrating warnings into the scene, interpreting the law from the perspective of students, teaching students that they should neither be cruel perpetrators, nor indifferent bystanders, let alone silent victims, and prescribe "good prescriptions" to students to correctly respond to and prevent campus bullying. The students have said that they have benefited a lot, and they will take practical actions to eliminate school bullying and stay away from school bullying.
Ji Kefan, president of the Jinyuan District Court, said that he will further strengthen the joint construction of the rule of law in colleges and universities, practice the duties of vice presidents for the rule of law, continue to carry out a series of activities such as bringing the rule of law into the campus and public open days, effectively promote the rule of law education on campus, and contribute to the construction of a rule of law campus and a safe campus.
