The picture shared by the netizen shows that a seller posted a message on Xianyu saying that there are 200 boxes of good certificates and the price is 380 yuan.

On March 22, Heytea's official customer service responded to reporters that it had received feedback and was being verified internally.
An employee of Heytea's Guangzhou store told reporters that consumers can receive a happy certificate by ordering the corresponding package on Meituan or Heytea Mini Program. The staff said that Heytea employees are not allowed to resell the happy certificate, the company stipulates that all gifts, surrounding co-branding, can not be resold, reselling, the company will punish and fine, the company will also check whether the employee has reselling.

On March 23, Heytea's official Weibo issued a statement on the progress of the investigation. Heytea said that it has been continuing to follow up and investigate the feedback received by the joint name.
In terms of material stealing before the launch of the event, Heytea said that in early January and early February, unconfirmed co-branded peripherals were leaked on social platforms, and after investigation, it was confirmed that individual personnel of cooperative suppliers brought them out or filmed them without permission. Heytea said that after completing the investigation and evidence collection, the employees involved have been severely punished.
In the implementation of the service problem, Heytea said that after investigation and verification, a total of 5 stores in Yulin, Changsha, Laiyang, Huai'an, Foshan and other places, in the process of communicating with customers or replying to customer inquiries, did not follow the company's training standards, the company found that the stores were dealt with immediately, and the above stores have also called consumers to apologize and obtain understanding, and some of the stores have also been closed and re-trained.
On the issue of suspected reselling, Heytea said that as of March 22, a total of 10 cases had been found. At present, a case of suspected publication of reselling related information has been verified and handled, and the store has been instructed to dismiss and deal with the clerk as soon as possible due to timely intervention without substantial reselling, and the store has been severely punished in accordance with the company's management regulations. In addition, after taking the initiative to contact the whistleblower for verification and follow-up, there are 5 cases that cannot be verified temporarily due to insufficient effective information obtained, and 4 cases that are still being followed up and investigated and evidence collected.
