On March 20, Zhang Enkai, member of the Party Committee and second-level inspector of Chongqing Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, led the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Franchise Office and relevant personnel of the Municipal Fireworks and Firecrackers Group to Dazu District to carry out the 2024 fireworks and firecrackers franchise entrusted inspection work.
Zhang Enkai and his entourage successively went to the warehouse of Hongxin Fireworks and Firecrackers Co., Ltd. in Dazu District and the fireworks and firecrackers retail business point in Zhongao Town, and inspected the warehouse standards, product stacking, fire-fighting facilities and equipment, product entry and exit records, distribution vehicles, and on-duty duty. After the on-site inspection, Zhang Enkai and his entourage held a symposium with the relevant personnel of the Dazu District Supply and Marketing Cooperative, and Yang Hao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Dazu District Supply and Marketing Cooperative, made a special report on the 2024 fireworks and firecrackers franchise authorization work and operation in Dazu District.
Zhang Enkai stressed that the inspection of fireworks and firecrackers franchise is an important measure to implement the main responsibility of safety production enterprises, strict industry and territorial supervision responsibilities and strengthen the unified centralized management of fireworks and firecrackers in the city.
