Fangshan, Beijing
On March 18, the Fangshan District Fire and Rescue Detachment of Beijing received an alarm that a fire broke out in a cultivated land in a town in Fangshan District, and the fire and rescue station in the jurisdiction quickly dispatched the police to extinguish it.
After investigation, the offender Wang burned weeds in violation of regulations in the contracted land and caused a fire. According to Article 64, Item 2 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the public security organs gave Wang a penalty of 12 days of administrative detention.

Liaoning Donggang
At 14:45 on March 6, a fire broke out in a greenhouse in Yintuo Village, Yiquan Town, Donggang City, Liaoning Province. Firefighters arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire and there were no casualties, but the fire destroyed a strawberry greenhouse and the nursery in the shed. According to the estimation of the owner of the greenhouse, the direct economic loss is about 400,000 yuan.
After investigation, it was determined that the cause of the fire was that villager Yin Moumou (male, 66 years old) ignited a fire at the fire site and spread to the northwest corner of the strawberry greenhouse, causing a fire.
Penalty decision: The Donggang Municipal Public Security Bureau gave Yin Moumou an administrative punishment of seven days of administrative detention in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 (2) of the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and Article 159 (1) of the "Provisions on the Procedures for Handling Administrative Cases by Public Security Organs".
