If one of the tear force, color fastness to friction, folding fastness, light fastness, abrasion resistance, coating adhesion fastness, odor, pH and dilution difference, prohibited azo dyes, free formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, and extractable heavy metals in the judgment rules of a single sample is unqualified, or there are defects such as cracking surface and slurry that affect the use function, the sheet (sheet) is judged to be unqualified. If the other items in the requirements are unqualified in total, the sheet (piece) will be judged to be unqualified.
After the product is inspected, it can be graded according to the utilization rate of the whole leather, and the first grade is the best.
