On the one hand, the high cost of escorting ships in the Red Sea is draining the financial and strategic reserves of the United States. On the other hand, the American people have also begun to become more and more disgusted with the United States government's endless aid and support for Israel.
Second, the cornerstone of US hegemony has begun to be attacked. The U.S. dollar oil system is an important foundation for the United States to achieve long-arm jurisdiction around the world. However, since the outbreak of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the voice of driving the United States out of the Middle East has resounded throughout the earth. Iraq, Syria and other countries have changed their image from the past and have begun to openly issue eviction orders to the US military, and even the Kurdish forces escorting the US military in the Middle East have begun to worry about their own safety and future. It can be seen from this that once the "dollar oil system" of the United States is deprived of the support of its military presence, then the hegemony of the United States will become more and more shaky.
Third, what the Americans say is already starting to be bad. After all, the representative countries and regions mainly include Iran, which has always been at odds with the United States, Saudi Arabia, which has an ambiguous position, and Europe, a long-term ally of the United States. In particular, the attitude of Europe is particularly interesting. Not long ago, the Americans worked hard to get an "escort alliance," but what about the Europeans? Some directly refused, some did not make any efforts, and some hid and did not want to show their faces. What's even more interesting is that some time ago, the EU had to start anew and prepare to form an "escort alliance" on its own. There is no doubt that this incident alone shows that the Europeans have somewhat "turned against the Americans."
