2. Smoking, fireworks, and Hung Ming lanterns are prohibited during the lantern exhibition.
3. During the lantern exhibition, we should be civilized and polite, not crowded, not coaxed, and not create a tense and panic atmosphere. In the event of an emergency such as excessive crowding or crowding, you should immediately take aside, do not panic, do not run, pay attention to your feet, and avoid falling.
4. If you fall into a crowded crowd, be sure to stand firm first, do not tilt your body and lose your center of gravity, even if your shoes are stepped on, do not bend down to pick up or tie your shoes, if possible, grab something solid and reliable nearby, walk slowly or stop, and wait for the crowd to pass before leaving the scene.
5. When you find that someone in front of you suddenly falls, you should stop immediately, and at the same time shout for help, tell the people behind you, do not approach forward, stay calm, obey the command of the on-site staff, if unfortunately you are overwhelmed by the crowd, try to get close to the corner of the wall, fence, bend forward, and clasp your hands around your neck to protect the most vulnerable parts of your body.
6. Take good care of children, support the elderly, and avoid going to crowded places to avoid getting lost or other accidents.
7. Tourists who come by car to watch the lights should consciously abide by the road traffic order and cooperate with the management of the traffic department. It is recommended that tourists from afar take the bus as much as possible, and neighboring citizens should try to walk to see the lanterns.
8. Without the approval of the relevant departments, it is forbidden to fly all kinds of remote-controlled aircraft, drones, drones, etc. in the lantern exhibition area.
9. It is forbidden to ride or park non-motorized vehicles such as electric vehicles, bicycles, tricycles, and all kinds of shared bicycles on the main roads and areas of the lantern exhibition area.
