Ma Jimei is a native of Shajia Village, Sanjia Town, Guanghe County, her father died when she was 10 years old, she can only rely on her mother and sister for her life, although the life is poor, but Ma Jimei's mother attaches great importance to education, Ma Jimei also lives up to expectations, and has been excellent in character and learning since childhood.

I studied in Shangji Elementary School in elementary school and Guanghe No. 2 Middle School in junior high school. When I arrived in high school, my family considered that the learning atmosphere in Lintao might be better, so I finished the whole high school in Lintao No. 2 Middle School by borrowing.
"Young people are not afraid of long years, and there is still glory on the other side." In the three years of high school, Ma Jimei spent all his time immersed in hard study. Under the lamp in the middle of the night, the yellowed pages of the book left traces of her search day and night. Time paid off, and her efforts finally paid off, and she was admitted to Gansu University of Political Science and Law in the college entrance examination. But when the admission letter arrived, she regretted it when she wanted to go out of the mountains and see the world since she was a child. After careful consideration, she planned to give up going to Gansu University of Political Science and Law and chose to repeat her studies. In the eyes of everyone, she began another year of repetition, and in 2013 she was admitted to Dalian Ocean University with excellent grades.

When I got the admission letter from Gansu University of Political Science and Law, I didn't want to go, I just thought why I went to university, why did I stay in such a familiar place, I should go further away to open my eyes. I resolutely told my family what I thought, and I said that I still want to repeat my studies for another year. My family was also very supportive of my idea at that time, so I studied for another year, and after I finished studying, I got my wish and entered Dalian Ocean University.
Four years of college time flew by like smoke, and in the blink of an eye, Ma Jimei was faced with the dilemma of where to go after graduation, whether to take the graduate school entrance examination or choose employment became the biggest problem in front of her. Just when she was confused, the head teacher of the university talked to her, analyzed her from her major, ethnicity, etc., and suggested that she apply for graduate school. After careful consideration, she listened to the advice of her class teacher and prepared to apply for graduate school.

From the moment I made up my mind to go to graduate school, I spent the whole summer studying hard in school and didn't go anywhere. It was summer and it was hot, but I didn't feel the heat, so I just wanted to study. Because I'm three or four months behind the others, they started in February (exam preparation) and I only got into this state almost in August. Later, it was relatively smooth, and I got my wish and was admitted to Lanzhou University of Technology.
"Time never lives up to the promise of hard work, and sweat never hesitates to praise the strugglers." After three years of graduate school, Ma Jimei, who was bent on going to the big city, chose to work in other places again. At that time, Quanzhou Shengyuan Biological Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. came to the school for recruitment, Ma Jimei considered that her mother started a business in Xiamen, in order to be closer to her mother, she participated in the company's recruitment, and was admitted as she wished.

In fact, before I graduated, I had such a plan and decided to work outside. Or because I was young, and then I learned more and roamed more outside, and when my feathers were fuller and I had a certain ability, I could come back to my hometown when the time came.
In July 2019, Ma Jimei came to Xiamen with enthusiasm, and just joined the position of assistant in the R&D center, and the main business is waste incineration power generation and domestic sewage treatment. Because of his professional education, Ma Jimei was like a fish in water in his new position and was quickly appreciated by the leaders. In December of the same year, the director of the office took maternity leave because of pregnancy, and Ma Jimei was appointed as an assistant to the director of the office because of his excellent communication and coordination skills, and temporarily acted as the director of the office. Faced with an unfamiliar field of work, Ma Jimei worked overtime to familiarize herself with the business in the new field, began to learn the knowledge of administrative management, and in order to improve her ability and level, she also signed up for training and obtained a human resource manager certificate. Thanks to hard work and continuous learning, she quickly adapted to her new role. A year later, she was again promoted to deputy director of the office.

In fact, when the company asked me to be the deputy director of the office, I wanted to refuse, because it was not related to my major, but I wanted the company to let me do it, so I would do it, because the company felt that I could do it, why should I say no to myself. I think that no matter what position you are in, it will provide you with a certain resume, so that you can see new things and learn new things.
In 2023, with the successful listing of Majimei's company, the company began to expand its business in taurine, and in August of the same year, the company established the Institute of Biological Sciences, and Majimei was once again appointed as the vice president of the Institute of Biological Sciences.

The company asked me to come to the research institute, and I was quite satisfied. Because research is also a direction of my major, I am relatively familiar with it. In addition, I am also more optimistic about our biological science research. Now that I am the vice president here, I still want to do my job well and then explore some research in other areas.
Although she has been working for many years, Majimei has not stopped learning. She told reporters that she is now preparing for the lawyer's qualification certificate, hoping to improve her ability level through continuous learning. She always believes that the road ahead is not a smooth road, and only by sticking to her dreams and doing her best to overcome the difficulties encountered can she "keep the clouds open and see the moon".
