According to the victim, at first she received a call from a person claiming to be a police officer, saying that the victim had opened a fake account and had financial transactions, suspecting that the victim was a fugitive from the case, and then transferred the call to another fake police officer who asked the victim to send money for inspection. The victim did not suspect and transferred the money to the account of Nanthawan's husband, Anupon for a total of more than 1.4 million baht. Soon after, the victim realized that he had been deceived and immediately reported the case to the police, who urgently launched an evidence search and requested the Ayutthaya Court to issue an arrest warrant for the suspect Nantawan.

It is reported that on the day of the arrest, Nantawan was applying for a job at a coffee shop, and the Bangkok Metropolitan Police Investigation Team showed him an arrest warrant from the Ayutthaya Court and arrested him on suspicion of fraud, opening or allowing others to use personal bank accounts, and committing technical crimes or any other criminal offense.

Under police interrogation, the suspect confessed to his crime and confessed that he had seen the rental bank account information through a Facebook group. After she and her husband contacted each other, they opened a bank account and made a profit of 300 baht at the request of the other party, only to learn that the account was used for fraud. In addition, she stated that her husband had previously been arrested. So after receiving the arrest warrant, she immediately fled to the outer house to hide. After being arrested today, she said she was happy because she didn't have to live in fear. Subsequently, the suspect will be sent to Ayutthaya and prosecuted in accordance with the law.
