It was a Saturday morning, and the sun was dappling through the cracks in the curtains. I was enjoying a rare break when suddenly, the silence was shattered by the ringing of the phone.
It was my sister who called, and she told me that there were two baskets of fresh fruit at home and asked me to drop by.
I rode my bike through the bustling streets and soon arrived at my sister's neighborhood. The fruit stand was full of people, so I parked my car and started to help my sister take care of the stall.

At this time, a fashionably dressed beautiful woman walked up to the stall and asked softly, "Do you have any bananas?" and I smiled and replied, "Of course there is, please see." ”
She walked over to the basket where the bananas were placed, broke one with her hand, and skilfully peeled the banana peel to check whether the flesh was damaged. I was a little surprised by this flurry of movements, and it was the first time I had ever seen someone inspect bananas so carefully before making a purchase.
After reading it, the beauty nodded with satisfaction, and then asked, "Are there any new bananas?" I quickly took out a handful of fresh bananas from the box and handed them to her.
She looked at it and said, "This handful of bananas is a bit much, can you have less?" An aunt next to her also came over and said that she wanted to buy this banana together.
So, I started weighing. To my surprise, the beautiful woman did not give up the purchase because of the banana she had broken earlier, but generously put it on the scale, paid the money and left satisfied.

This morning, when I greeted him as usual, he took out a bag of tangerines from the car and gave it to me, saying that he was thanking him for the nod and smile we usually gave him. This sudden gift made me feel the simplicity and beauty of life.
