Because Xue Peng is currently presiding over three national scientific research projects, according to relevant regulations, the project leader is not allowed to transfer from the work unit during the implementation of the project.

Unlike other scholars' subtle introductions, her homepage displays her achievements in the form of "congratulations" and "warm celebrations", which is very high-profile.
It is not difficult to find that Xue Peng currently has three projects under research:
1. 2020, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, Project Leader;
2. In 2022, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key Support Project of Major Research Program, Project Leader;
3. In 2023, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, key R&D projects, project leader;
Because of these three research projects, it has become difficult for her to transfer from her workplace. According to the regulations, the consent of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology must be obtained, and under normal circumstances, she cannot be transferred or resigned from her job position, because she is the project leader.
2. Young scientists should pay attention to the cultivation of virtue
Judging from her personal homepage, Professor Xue Peng is a rising young female scientist with fruitful scientific research achievements and remarkable achievements. However, Professor Xue is flawed in his personal cultivation, at least the word "integrity" is not enough.
Whether the project application is funded or not is related to the work unit, which involves the "research foundation" of the project, including the scientific research conditions of the work unit, the research team, etc. When the project applicant gets a national scientific research project, the project leader shall not be changed or transferred from the job position without special circumstances, which is the basic quality that every scientist must have. Since the reassignment of posts would affect the implementation of the project, it would be necessary to reassess whether the conditions for continuation were met.
As the project leader, Professor Xue Peng made commitments to the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology. After the project is obtained, he suddenly asks to be transferred from the work unit (not just the job position), which is a very serious breach of contract, isn't Professor Xue clear?
Third, it is not right to add mistakes to mistakes
The employer did not agree to his application for transfer, and Professor Xue took the matter to the Internet, apparently hoping to use the public to put pressure on the employer. It is even more unwise to take advantage of the lack of information among ordinary people who do not understand the rules of national science programs to win public sympathy and support.
When she asked the public for help, she did not expand the full background of the matter, at least did not tell the public that she currently has three projects under research, and if she wants to transfer the work, she needs to reorganize experts from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology to re-evaluate each project and evaluate whether the project has the conditions for continued implementation after the transfer of the work unit, and if not, all three projects will be withdrawn. If this is the case, it would be unfair to other project applicants.
