It is located in the east of Caoxian City, opposite the Panshi Street Police Station in the west, Huimin Community in the south, Shanghai Guidu Community in the east, Yingbin Avenue in the north, and 1 km away from the Panshi Street Office. Funded and developed by Jinan Roland Development Co., Ltd. and named "Roland Community", it was delivered in 2003. The community covers a total area of 130,000 square meters, with a construction area of 170,000 square meters, a total of 42 residential buildings, more than 80 shops, and 134 units. At the end of 2015, there were 4,035 people living in 1,600 households, all of whom were Han Chinese. Water, electricity, heating, gas, communications, Internet, cable TV, garage parking spaces and other supporting facilities are well-equipped.
