The Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon is approaching, and the enthusiasm of young workers for theoretical learning has not diminished. On the afternoon of February 4th, the "Be the main force and forge ahead on a new journey" Xuhui District Young Workers Theoretical Learning and Sharing Meeting was held in the theater on the third floor of Xuhui District Workers' Cultural and Sports Center (May Garden).
Using the "Young Workers Theory Learning and Sharing Meeting", which is a popular and effective form for young people, the Xuhui District Federation of Trade Unions has continuously deepened and promoted the educational achievements of the theme of learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to the grassroots level.
This learning and sharing meeting mainly combines the new ideas of recitation with job practice and cultural inheritance through the mode of "original text recitation + literary and artistic presentation + practical perception", focusing on "young workers learning, young workers speaking, young workers acting, young workers listening, and young workers understanding". In the six sections of the sharing meeting, they used recitation, preaching, songs, dances and other rich forms to focus on the six themes of "Great Journey - Talking about the Spirit of Party Building", "Love My China - Talking about the Feelings of the Family and Country", "Inheritance - Talking about Traditional Culture", "Glory of Labor - Talking about the Spirit of Model Workers", "Strengthening the Country with Me - Stressing the Mission" and "Unity and Forge Ahead - Stressing the New Era of Meritorious Service", showing the learning achievements of young workers in various industries in Xuhui District.
Qian Wenhao, a national advanced worker and director of the Xuhui District Dental Defense Institute, Zhou Qing, a municipal model worker and regional manager of logistics and trade compliance of Jabil Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Sun Rongjie, winner of the Municipal May Day Labor Medal and secretary of the general party branch of Wannan Sixth Village Residential Area of Fenglin Street, shared their wonderful stories and interpreted the spirit of model workers in their eyes.
Kong Li, a representative of young workers and a teacher of New Xuhui Group Bud Kindergarten, said in the learning and sharing session that "the beauty of traditional Chinese culture is sown in the young hearts of children, so that children can love, understand and learn Chinese culture from an early age" Hu Zhengping, chairman of the Federation of Labor Unions of New Employment Forms in Kangjian Street and courier of J&T Express Company, said in his sharing that "in the delivery of every express delivery, we will show the heart and style of the courier brother who loves Xuhui and Shanghai...... Seven employees, including Zhu Shenyu, a police officer of Xuhui District Public Security Bureau, Shen Jiaqi, a cadre of Xuhui District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Tong Hua, an employee of Chengkai Group, and Zhu Xianliang, a cadre of Xuhui District Federation of Trade Unions, talked about their experience in theoretical study from different perspectives, and especially shared their thoughts on how to further contribute to their posts.
Sun Lisha, the representative of the 15th Municipal Trade Congress, the chairman of the labor union from ARM Technology Co., Ltd., and other 5 young workers from different industries became the original readers of this learning and sharing meeting.
The purpose is to promote this model, encourage young workers to base themselves on their own posts, temper their skills, show the achievements of young workers' theoretical learning, literary and artistic creation and cultural construction, and contribute wisdom and strength to the construction of a new Xuhui and a new journey.
