The activity is divided into three parts: fire safety knowledge training, on-site operation of fire-fighting equipment, and fire simulation escape drill. Through PPT and video, all the staff and the elderly residents learned the use of fire extinguishers and fire hoses, how to deal with fires, escape routes, matters that need to be paid attention to in the process of escape and the correct way to call for help, and actually used fire extinguishers outdoors to extinguish fires. During the escape drill, after the Weishang staff discovered the fire, they immediately activated the emergency plan, led the elderly to cover their mouths and noses with wet towels to prevent inhalation of hot smoke and toxic gases, and adopted a bent posture to evacuate to a safe place quickly and orderly.
