The Employment Promotion Center of Shanghai Jing'an District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau once again joined hands with the research team of Yifu Zhixiang to carry out the growth service and evaluation project of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises. Through interviews, surveys and in-depth research on innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises in the district, the project has established an evaluation system (Startup Company Development Potential Index Evaluation System, which is referred to as "SDPI") that can reflect the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship development in Jing'an District. 15-minute employment service circle
Jing'an District has promoted the construction of a "15-minute employment service circle", and there are currently 14 "Jinglin" employment service stations to open up the "last mile" of employment services.
Among them, "Changle 966" is a Jing'an Temple Street guided by party building, with key groups as the main body, and "stabilizing employment and helping entrepreneurship" as the guide, to explore the establishment of employment and entrepreneurship service stations. Although the area is less than 100 square meters, it has become an innovative position for community employment entrepreneurs to temper their ideas, exercise their skills and experience short-term employment in the workplace. The Jing'an Temple business district adjacent to "Changle 966" and the trendy block of "Huge Wealth and Changchang" have injected more vitality into the street entrepreneurship and assistance work. The space of about 30 square meters on the left side of the service station is where the "My Little Store Opens in the Big Fortune Grow" joint pop-up event is held. The joint pop-up event hopes to provide start-ups with a place to practice brand management and communication, so that they can reduce the cost of entrepreneurship and enhance the sense of process experience through time-limited entrepreneurship simulation.
