The new document stipulates that the minimum control score for the admission of outstanding sports reserve talents shall not be less than 80% of the minimum control score for admission to ordinary high schools in the city (the calculation results are rounded to the nearest integer), and the specific proportion shall be determined by each enrollment school.

The level requirements for the award-winning competitions for sports students are only at the district and municipal levels, while the outstanding sports reserve talents are raised to the provincial and national levels. The requirements for sports students are national second-level athletes, and the requirements for outstanding sports reserve talents are national first-class athletes (to give a reference standard, the men's 100 meters, the national second-level athlete standard is 11.74 seconds, and the first-level athlete is 10.93 seconds, a huge gap). These are hard and fast criteria, so it's safe to assume that not many students can meet them. Therefore, for students who meet this condition, the criteria for further education can be greatly relaxed. In previous years, candidates (on the surface) could only choose 1 corresponding professional school to participate in the professional test, but now it is relaxed to 2 (note: you can still only choose 1 school when filling in the application).

To be honest, this doesn't have much impact. Because in the past, it was only one on the surface, in fact, the provincial and municipal and many district leaders were privately tested. That is, secretly you can actually participate in more than 1 school test. In the end, when you fill in the volunteer, you can still only fill in 1, so this can basically be ignored.

But now, School A can allow up to 30 people (1.5 times) to pass the professional test. These 30 people will have to compete for another 20 special student places. How to compete? That's the content of adjustment three:

The admission score is adjusted from the original student who has passed the school's professional test and the academic proficiency test score reaches the high school entrance examination admission score line set by the school to the student's academic proficiency test score after reaching the high school entrance examination admission score set by the school, and adopts the structured score method of "academic proficiency test score + professional test score", and admits students in the order of composite scores from high to low. Among them, 40% of the junior high school academic proficiency test scores and 60% of the professional test scores of physical education, and 50% of the art junior high school academic proficiency test scores and 50% of the professional test scores.

In previous years, as long as you passed the school's professional test, the school will inevitably admit you on the premise that the high school entrance examination results meet the standards. From the beginning of 24 years, it is not necessary to be admitted if you meet the standards, but also according to the results of the high school entrance examination and the professional test, and get a final score according to the proportion of admission (this refers to the admission rules of independent enrollment, but the composition of the score ratio is different).

This rule is relatively fairer (but relative, not absolute). Therefore, students who are admitted to special students are no longer able to do it once and for all after passing the professional test, and they cannot lie flat, and they still need to strive for a best possible high school entrance examination score, otherwise they may also be brushed down.

The most important point is that it will affect the high school entrance examination for special students.

For example, in the past, I applied for a special student in School A and passed the professional test, and the school required the cultural subject to reach the general high school line, and my cultural subject level was not low. Then, this student can lie flat in May and June, and the special students will be admitted in the first batch, and it is basically meaningless to fill in the 2~4 batches. But under the new policy, you can't lie flat, and you have to continue to fill in, because you have to prevent the special students from being brushed off.

Adjustment 4: Optimize the layout of enrollment schools.

In view of the previous scattered enrollment schools for special students, low plan completion rate, and weak follow-up training ability, the layout of the city's ordinary high school special student enrollment schools was optimized and adjusted under the premise of maintaining the stability of the city's sports and art specialty student enrollment projects and enrollment plans.

In the past, there may be more than a dozen or even dozens of new enrollments for a specialty, excellent schools have great competition, weak schools are not satisfied, many places are wasted, and individual recruits cannot be cultivated well (for example, the football team, you recruit 5 people into it, how to form a team?).

In response to this situation, it should be adjusted from the beginning of this year. There are no specific adjustment plans at the moment (according to the work schedule, there will be enrollment plans in mid-March).

But there are four words here "the total amount remains unchanged", then I can guess the optimization, that is, the Education Bureau co-ordinates, with reference to the actual situation and resources of the school, so that the distribution of specialty projects is more concentrated, each school project is reduced, but the number of people recruited by each project increases, so as to achieve the purpose of concentrating resources to do big things and better cultivate talents.
