Wang Haibin, CEO of Skysys, was also invited to deliver a keynote speech, aiming to promote the high-quality development of artificial intelligence technology through the application of UAV intelligence in the development of low-altitude economy.

Wang Haibin pointed out that in the Central Economic Work Conference on December 11, 2023, the low-altitude economy will be included in the strategic emerging industries, and it is required to "promote industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation, especially with disruptive technologies and cutting-edge technologies to give birth to new industries, new models, new kinetic energy, and develop new quality productivity".

At the same time, relevant studies also show that by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the comprehensive contribution of the mainland's low-altitude economy to the national economy will reach 30,000 to 5 trillion yuan, and the low-altitude economy is an emerging driving force for national development that cannot be underestimated.

UAV intelligence is a trillion-level market for low-altitude economy. Wang Haibin mentioned that China has the world's largest installed photovoltaic and wind power capacity and the world's largest power grid, the world's most extensive high-speed rail network and the world's largest highway network, the world's largest 5G network coverage, and the world's largest civilian drone manufacturer.

With the blessing of these conditions, the world's largest low-altitude application of UAVs will inevitably be produced - UAV inspection, which is bound to bring major innovations to the operation and maintenance models of many traditional industries.

Wang Haibin said that Skysys is the creator of China's drone hangar and an insight into the inspection of the new energy industry. As early as 2018, Skysys successively deployed the world's first photovoltaic hangar and grid hangar in Jiangxi State Power Investment and State Grid, laying the foundation for our layout in the new energy industry.

Later, Skysys has developed four automatic UAV inspection systems in the fields of photovoltaics, wind turbines, power grids and emergency security, which realize the accurate identification and diagnosis of photovoltaic panel defects, the shutdown and non-stop inspection of wind farms, and the intelligent inspection of transmission and distribution substations, shorten the overall operation and maintenance cycle with high quality, accelerate the frequency of station inspections, enhance the professionalism of inspection results, and effectively improve the power generation efficiency of new energy stations.

Up to now, Skysys has landed in nearly 400 photovoltaic stations at home and abroad, including Chongming in Shanghai, Tongliao in Inner Mongolia, and Osaki County in Japan, covering more than 4,600 MW of installed capacity, and the number of PV strings involved in inspections exceeds 680,000, continuously empowering the intelligent operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic industry.

In response to the main impact on the power generation of photovoltaic plants, Skysys has launched a lightweight robot that can clean photovoltaic panels with high inclination angles, the Skysys Lantern photovoltaic panel cleaning robot.

The robot relies on the drone tethering system/manpower to put it, and firmly adsorbed on the photovoltaic panel, easily complete the dust removal and obstacle crossing tasks, and carry out waterless dry cleaning/detergent cleaning according to the stubbornness of the dirt, enhance the response ability of panel cleaning, greatly reduce the probability of damage to the photovoltaic panel, prolong the life of the panel, and ensure the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic station with high quality.

In the face of the refined inspection of the inner cavity of the wind turbine blade, Skysys has developed the "Probe" wind turbine blade cavity inspection robot, which can easily cope with the narrow space that cannot be reached by manpower, effectively detect the hidden dangers and defects in the inner cavity of the blade, reduce the danger of manual inspection, and effectively ensure the safety and stability of the wind turbine operation.

Through the joint operation of Skysys' "drone + artificial intelligence + robot", a closed-loop operation and maintenance of new energy scenarios under the low-altitude economy has been constructed, and a fully automatic and intelligent operation and maintenance system has been created for new energy stations, which has achieved qualitative improvement in labor costs, inspection modes, and inspection efficiency.

After that, Skysys will continue to focus on the UAV new energy inspection industry, continue to give full play to its independent innovation capabilities, enhance the strength of UAV intelligent inspection, give full play to the important role of low-altitude economy in empowering economic transformation and high-quality development, stimulate the vitality of low-altitude economy, and inject the three-dimensional power of "air, ground and cloud" into the breakthrough of UAV inspection in new energy scenarios.
