During the banquet, Zhang talked about the sensitive parameters of weapons and equipment, field military training and other related situations, which were discovered by his comrades-in-arms and stopped in time. In addition, Zhang often led former classmates and fellow workers to visit the camp. After the incident, the relevant departments gave Zhang a serious punishment.
Returning to work after the holiday, the work was intermittently leaked
Before the holiday, Zhang, the confidential secretary of the office of a certain unit, went to the office of the municipal party committee to retrieve two secret-level documents. Hidden danger analysis
The strange phenomenon of "holiday leaks" stems to a large extent from the wrong mentality.
1. Rush to work. Before the holiday, in order to complete the work, some personnel blindly seek speed and simplify the steps, and if they relax their thinking a little, they may violate the confidentiality regulations and cause the leakage of secrets.
2. Being too relaxed. Overtime duty personnel, lack of leadership or colleague supervision, easy to think paralyzed, take it lightly. Resting at home or visiting friends is easy to let down your vigilance, chat at parties, and inadvertently leak secrets.
