The first is to organize all districts to adjust the snow melting and clearing work plan. On the basis of scientific prediction of the snowfall period, temperature, snowfall, etc., appropriate adjustments were made to the personnel, vehicles and equipment in each operation grid to enhance the pertinence and timeliness of the plan. According to the plan, more than 6,100 sanitation workers in the four districts of the main city and the second ring road have completed the pre-snow mobilization and are on standby.
