Recently, the cold wave has hit and the temperature has plummeted, and the State Grid Huinan County Power Supply Company organized a service team of Communist Party members to carry out a "knock on the door" to ensure the safety of residents' electricity in winter.
For a long time, the company has continued to pay attention to the electricity issues that the public is generally concerned about, such as the speed of electricity connection by users, the quality of electricity service, and the level of access to electricity. The team members communicated face-to-face with customers, listened to customers' opinions and suggestions on high-quality services, power security, electricity problems, etc., took the initiative to grasp customer demands, and actively solved problems and did practical things for the masses. Check the customer's leakage protector one by one, patiently answer the villagers' questions about electricity use, remind them of the safety precautions for electricity use in winter, popularize the common sense of safe electricity use and the correct use of household appliances, and explain the power laws and regulations and safe electricity knowledge that are closely related to daily life electricity. At the same time, promote the online State Grid APP, explain to customers how to use functions such as inquiring about electricity bills, and remind customers that they have any power needs and take the initiative to contact the grid attendant.
Up to now, a total of 231 customers have been visited, and 35 customer suggestions and opinions have been collected. 124 bulbs, 183 plug-in boards, and more than 300 meters of insulated wires were replaced. This action further smoothed the channel of user appeals, improved service quality and user satisfaction, and built a power supply service bridge of "doing practical things and solving people's worries".
In the next step, the company will continue to speed up the progress of customer visits to ensure electricity during the peak winter and Spring Festival, strengthen the coordination and linkage of convenient service points for the convenience of the "village network co-construction", continuously improve the quality and efficiency of visits, go all out to do a good job in various guarantee work for the peak winter, and protect the warm winter of residents with heart and affection.
