*2 The agreement between China and the former Czechoslovak Republic currently applies. *3 The Agreement between China and the European Union on Reciprocal Exemption of Short-stay Visas for Holders of Diplomatic Passports applies. Visa-free entry does not mean that you can stay or reside in a country for an indefinite period of time, and according to the requirements of the agreement, you are generally only allowed to stay for up to 30 days after entering the country without a visa with the relevant passport. If the holder needs to stay for more than 30 days, he or she should apply for residence in the local area as soon as possible.
