Mr. Dang said that he has 18 years of driving experience, which is the first time he has encountered such a situation, and although his car is a second-hand car, it has only driven more than 70,000 kilometers since it was registered in September 2017.
Afterwards, Mr. Dang also contacted Tesla's official customer service, and the other party said that he would arrange a Tesla 4S store in Fuzhou Qingkou to deal with it, but there was no follow-up after that. So Mr. Dang could only send the car to other repair shops to park and contact the relevant appraisal agency for investigation.

As for whether the second-hand car has been repaired or modified before, Mr. Dang said that the vehicle has not been modified, and the maintenance records need to be provided and coordinated after inquiry. Later, Mr. Dang sent two inquiry results, saying that there had been an accident in the car in 2017, and multiple parts in front of the front of the car had been replaced.
