Toyota's new generation RAV4 has been exposed! It resembles the "Little Prado" and will stop selling pure fuel models

A few days ago, Zhidian Travel obtained a set of Toyota's new generation RAV4 model of the latest exterior rendering pictures, the new car is expected to be the world premiere in the second half of this year at the earliest, and is expected to go on sale before the end of the year.

At the same time, the new car is also expected to be launched in the domestic market by the end of this year, and the main competitors in the same class include models such as the BYD Song Plus, Honda CR-V and Haval H6.

As can be seen from the exterior renderings of the new car, Toyota's new-generation RAV4 model is equipped with a blackened honeycomb grille at the head, and new matrix LED headlight clusters are provided on both sides, and its styling design is also highly similar to the brand's Prado model.

At the rear, the rear of the car is equipped with a new LED taillight cluster, and a small blacked-out spoiler has been added above the tailgate, which is also more hard-core than the current model.

In terms of power, Toyota's new generation RAV4 model is expected to completely stop selling the "pure fuel" version of the model, or will be equipped with a 2.5L petrol-electric hybrid, 2.5L plug-in hybrid engine, the transmission system is matched with an E-CVT gearbox, and some models will also be adapted to an electronically controlled four-wheel drive system.

In terms of size, the new car will be built on the upgraded TNGA-K platform, and its body size may be slightly improved, and it will adopt the same interior design elements as the Camry model, with a 12.3-inch LCD digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch floating LCD center display.
