On January 30, the first training class of the 2024 "Safety Lecture Hall" in Zhen'an County opened, and Zou Yu, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and executive deputy county magistrate, made a mobilization speech. Lv Shengliang, a member of the Expert Committee of China Fire Science Popularization China Co-construction Base and a fire technical expert of Shaanxi Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps, was specially invited to give special training on fire safety knowledge. More than 1,650 people from 162 venues at the county, town and village levels participated in the training.
In order to thoroughly study and implement the important exposition of the Party Central Committee on production safety and further establish the people-centered development concept, the county party committee and the county government decided to carry out a series of training activities on safety production in the form of "safety lecture hall", effectively enhance the awareness of prevention in the whole society, enhance the prevention ability, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of fire accidents with mass deaths and injuries.
Zou Yu stressed that it is necessary to face up to the problem, maintain a high degree of vigilance, pay close attention to key areas, key parts and weak links, effectively eliminate hidden dangers in the bud, and firmly guard the bottom line of safety. It is necessary to implement the responsibilities of the five parties, gather a strong joint force, strictly implement the responsibilities of "the party and the government have the same responsibility, one post has two responsibilities, work together to manage and pursue responsibility for dereliction of duty" and "three management and three musts", and consolidate the responsibilities of the territory, industry, enterprise, post and society. It is necessary to carry out seven major actions to comprehensively eliminate hidden dangers, and focus on investigating and rectifying "nine small places", multi-format mixed production and operation sites, and densely populated places to highlight risks and hidden dangers, eliminate problems, treat both symptoms and root causes, effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property, and provide a strong security guarantee for the high-quality economic and social development of the county.
It is understood that Zhen'an County will take the "Safety Lecture Hall" as the carrier of the big training action, and hold two sessions every quarter, combining online and offline to comprehensively enhance the public's awareness of safety precautions and improve the industry's supervision and management capabilities.
