Qing Art Museum is an art museum located on the top of Jinshanling Galaxy Ski Resort, with an altitude of 1,750 meters! It has a 360-degree view of the mountain, is a unique diamond-cut building, and is known as the "most beautiful mountaintop art museum".
On January 28, 2024, "Leap and View - 2024 New Year of the Dragon Exhibition" opened at the Qing Art Museum of Jinshanling Galaxy Ski Resort. Co-organized by the Beijing Urban Planning Society and the Qing Art Museum, this exhibition is a passionate collision of art and ice and snow sports, and a new and innovative exhibition integrating art, sports and culture. This exhibition brings together nearly 70 paintings and sculptures by famous artists Zhang Dahua, Zhang Hua and Feng Xiwen.

Painter Zhang Dahua is connected by the Olympics and sports, and his "Sports Panda" series, starting from the panda that everyone loves, gives it the characteristics of anthropomorphic sports, deconstructs the daily viewing method of pandas, and becomes a sports art business card for exchanges between China and the world.
Sculptor Zhang Hua's sculptures with the theme of ice and snow sports aim at the balance of strength and beauty, freeze the moment of movement and solidify beauty, and promote the high-spirited momentum of life. The exhibition showcased a number of works by sculptor Zhang Hua, including works that were included in the "Beijing 2022" Winter Olympics licensed merchandise, including "Flying", "Heart Flying", "Soaring", "Bullet Without Missing Hair" and so on.
Painter Feng Xiwen's "Worry-free Hee-Hee" series of works, with its new ink style, creates an immersive experience atmosphere for the exhibition. Feng Xiwen believes that "Leaping into the Form" not only emphasizes transcending the limitations of the senses and using wisdom and thinking to explore the inner laws of things, but also forms a contrast between "movement" and "stillness" in the works of the other two artists.
Zhang Junqing, the founder of Qingdao Art Museum, as a lover of extreme sports and art, advocates that art be integrated into sports in a relaxed and free way, bringing a unique art museum experience to skiers.
Ice and snow sports are closely linked to artistic empowerment. Artistic empowerment endows ice and snow with cultural connotation and creative soul, making it a cultural phenomenon with ornamental and artistic value. We hope that this exhibition will add color and vitality to the world of ice and snow, and at the same time provide a unique experience for skiers, allowing them to enjoy the fun of skiing while immersing themselves in beautiful works of art and deep cultural atmosphere.
