Red Net Moment Hengyang, January 31 (Correspondent Hu Sida Hu Xuan) On the afternoon of January 30, Nanhua Hospital affiliated to the University of South China signed an agreement with Zhuhui District People's Hospital on the Nursing Specialty Alliance, and Zhuhui District People's Hospital officially became a member of the Nursing Specialty Alliance of Nanhua Hospital.
According to the agreement, the two parties will work closely together in the training of nursing staff, nursing quality control guidance, and nursing management experience sharing. Nanhua Hospital will regularly dispatch nursing experts to Zhuhui District People's Hospital for on-site guidance and technical exchanges, and at the same time provide further education and training opportunities for nursing staff of Zhuhui District People's Hospital. In addition, the two parties will jointly carry out nursing research cooperation projects and explore innovation in nursing practice, with a view to achieving more breakthrough results in the field of nursing.
This cooperation is an important measure for both parties to actively respond to the call of the National Health Commission on deepening the reform of the medical and health system, and to promote the balanced development of regional medical services through resource integration and complementary advantages. Zhuhui District People's Hospital will strengthen cooperation with Nanhua Hospital with the specialty alliance as a link, introduce advanced nursing concepts and technologies, improve service quality, and benefit more patients.
