In order to cultivate more "talented and wealthy" account managers, ABC launched the "Pioneer Project" for outstanding county account managers, set up the "Rural Service Pioneer" award, and selected and commended a group of outstanding county account managers every year, striving for a benchmark for each county. Recently, the Agricultural Bank of China awarded Li Jinliang and other 400 county-level account managers the title of "2023 Agricultural Bank of China's 'Rural Service Pioneer'".
