Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province
On January 26, the Youth League Committee of Mudanjiang City, together with the Youth League Committee of Mudanjiang Station and the Youth League Committee of the Mudanjiang Railway Public Security Department, launched the launching ceremony of the "Warm Winter Action" of the 2024 Mudanjiang Youth Volunteer Service Spring Festival, with nearly 40 young volunteers participating.
The staff of the Youth League Committee of Mudanjiang Railway Station carried out centralized training for volunteers around the work regulations, safety knowledge, post business, service etiquette, dress code and other contents of the Spring Festival, combined with the actual situation of the post, led them to experience the ticket hall, waiting room and other full-route service points, learned the operation of the function keys of the automatic ticket vending machine, the search for waiting information on the large screen of the station, and the answers to frequently asked questions about passengers, etc., to help young volunteers familiarize themselves with their posts, ensure that they are proficient in service skills, and focus on the needs of services.
"I am willing to be a glorious volunteer and do my best to ......" Under the leadership of volunteer representative Li Sihui, all volunteers took an oath to practice the spirit of volunteer service and help achieve the work goal of "a safe, orderly and warm Spring Festival, so that passengers can have a better experience".
After taking the oath, the youth volunteers were distributed to various posts to provide services to the passengers. Volunteers at the entrance reminded passengers to prepare their ID cards in advance, volunteers at the ticket hall helped passengers who could not use the automatic ticket vending machines to buy and collect tickets, volunteers at the ticket gate instructed passengers to quickly perform facial recognition, and volunteers in the waiting room provided services for key passengers such as the elderly, children, and pregnant women, helping them with their luggage and guiding their routes.
Luohe City, Henan Province
On January 26, the Youth League Committee of Luohe City and Luohe Station jointly launched the Spring Festival Volunteer Service Activity of "Youth Volunteer Travel, Warm Way Home".
The event site was crowded with people, and the ink was fragrant. Xie Xiaofang, Chen Jiao, the inheritors of the provincial intangible cultural heritage "bird and insect seal", and calligraphy enthusiasts splashed ink and brushed dragons and snakes, and used the word "Fu" and auspicious Spring Festival couplets to send good wishes to passengers. Some of the tourists stopped to admire and choose their favorite works, and some asked the teacher for advice on the knowledge of "bird and insect seals" and experienced the charm of the ancient calligraphy art.
Zhao Chuang, the inheritor of the provincial intangible cultural heritage, and his students showed the unique charm of traditional dough sculpture art to tourists with exquisite skills, which were deeply loved by tourists and children.
The volunteers "Little Sister" and college student volunteers dressed in Hanfu delivered the works to the passengers, so that everyone could go home for the New Year with the blessings of the New Year, and also let the returning Luohe wanderers feel the strong love of their hometown.

On January 26, the Yuxian Youth League Committee, together with the Yuxian New Era Civilization Practice Center and the Yuxian Youth Volunteer Association, carried out the Spring Festival volunteer service of "Youth Volunteering, Warm Way Home" at Yangquan North Station.
The young volunteers enthusiastically guided the passengers, took the initiative to help them carry their luggage, and presented Chinese New Year couplets to the passengers, so that the returning passengers could feel the warmth in the cold winter and the festive atmosphere of the New Year.
