The project will be launched in March 2023, and Smart Golden Horse will first conduct research and analysis on the chemical 3D digital platform, underground pipe network management, water management, sewage discharge, and DMA water loss control, and put forward reasonable suggestions to provide a basis for the construction of the project. It took 10 months to complete a series of work such as underground pipeline detection, system research and development, system deployment and testing, and finally delivered the three-dimensional information system of the underground pipe network, and has successfully tested and completed user training. This system includes four subsystems: data PTZ, smart pipe network, monitoring and alarm, and system settings.

System introduction

The 3D information system of the underground pipe network is based on the digital twin, which supports the integration of multi-source data in multiple fields such as spatial GIS data, Internet of Things sensing data, production and operation data, and pipeline information.

Collect static and dynamic information of the pipe network, including the total length of pipelines, the number of valves, the number of water meters, the flow curve, the monitoring of the pipe network and other data information, and access the 3D model of the pipe network, providing users with an intuitive and comprehensive interactive interface.

Through real-time monitoring of the operation status of pipelines and their equipment, a real-time big data center for pipeline operation is built. On this basis, the hydraulic model analysis technology is used to establish a risk assessment model for pipeline network operation, establish a forecast and early warning mechanism for pipeline network operation, and realize the visualization, remote, integrated and intelligent management of pipeline network data.
