The Spring Festival is approaching, in order to standardize the market order of liquor, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, further ensure the food safety of the masses during the festival, and let the residents spend a happy and peaceful festival, recently, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City, and the Market Inspection Center of Fenjiu Group Company carried out a special inspection action for liquor before the holiday.
This action focuses on major supermarkets, liquor wholesalers and specialty stores, franchise stores, etc., mainly to check whether the qualifications of business entities are legal, whether to implement the provisions of liquor packaging labeling, whether to strictly implement the system of requesting certificates and tickets, whether to implement the purchase inspection, storage, sales records and other systems, check whether the purchase channels are legal, and check whether the "monopoly", "franchise" or "general agent, general distribution" are fraudulently used and other forms of counterfeit and shoddy Fenjiu, strictly investigate and punish illegal acts of liquor business, and focus on the Fenjiu that is consumed more during holidays. At the same time, the law enforcement officers conscientiously publicized the relevant laws and regulations, required the business units to operate legally, and resolutely put an end to the sale of counterfeit and shoddy alcoholic products.
A total of 156 law enforcement officers were dispatched to inspect 35 shops in this special inspection. After a preliminary inspection, 24 bottles of goods infringing on the registered trademark of Fenjiu were found at the scene, and the law enforcement officers seized the above liquor according to the procedure, and the case is being further investigated and handled.
