Recently, in Feihong North Village, Jinshanwei Town, a newly opened parking lot has effectively alleviated the problem of "parking difficulties" in the community.
The newly renovated parking lot is located near the basketball court of the community, including about 500 square meters in the north and south areas, and a total of 28 parking spaces have been expanded. In order to make full use of the idle space of the community and cooperate with the renovation of the parking lot, the community has also built a new battery car charging carport in the corner area, and added 10 charging points to provide convenience for residents to park and charge nearby.
It is understood that Feihong North Village is one of the earliest resettlement communities in Jinshanwei Town. Due to the age, the old and aging facilities, and the continuous increase in the number of residents' cars in recent years, the problem of parking difficulties in the community has existed for a long time.
"There are more than 1,000 households in Feihong North Village, but there are only more than 500 parking spaces, and residents' demands for community parking are generally high. According to Feng Yi, secretary of the general party branch of the South Gate Residential Area of Jinshanwei Town, in view of the difficulty of parking spaces in Feihong North Village, the neighborhood committee and the business committee have conducted many on-site investigations, and fully explored the available space resources of the community by focusing on the transformation of the corner wasteland of the community, and effectively alleviated the parking problems of residents.
It is reported that in the future, Feihong North Village will also carry out the renovation of old houses, including the repair of the façade of the community, the renewal of rain and sewage pipelines, and the improvement of community beautification, so as to continuously improve the comfort of the community and the satisfaction of residents.
