2. Wuzhen Muxin Art Museum
"Wind, water, a bridge. ”
Mu Xin (February 14, 1927 - December 21, 2011), his real name is Sun Pu, his name is Yangzhong, his name is Mu Xin, and his pen name is Mu Xin. Contemporary Chinese writer and painter. He was born in 1927 in Dongzha, Wuzhen, Tongxiang, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Graduated from Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts. Representative works include "The Skylark Called All Day" and "Literary Memoirs".
A year before Mr. Mu Xin's death, accompanied by Mr. Chen Xianghong from Wuzhen, the site of the museum was selected and Chen Danqing was entrusted as the director. While lying in bed, the old man looked at the design of the art museum in delirium and muttered: "The wind, the water, a bridge." The long, narrow and concise art gallery, standing on the water's edge, responds to the poet's highly generalized words.
The Muxin Art Museum built around the lake in Wuzhen was completed, with Chen Danqing as the director. The design of the art museum follows the simple aesthetics that Mr. Mu Xin liked during his lifetime, and was designed by the architect I.M. Pei's disciple Hiroshi Okamoto.

4 South China Sea Museum, Hainan Province, China
The design of the South China Sea Museum in China (Hainan) is based on the theme of "Maritime Silk Road" and the National South China Sea, with "Boathouse" as the blueprint for the architectural modeling, and "The Silk Road Chasing the Waves, the South China Sea Ark" as the theme conception to guide the modeling image of the architectural space.
The South China Sea Museum of China (Hainan) has a unique coastal landscape, and when the building form encounters a section of mangrove wetland traversing the site, it adopts a high-span method of connecting corridors and roofs with a maximum height of more than 60 meters, obtaining a rare semi-outdoor landscape space and a novel perspective. The promenade that stretches in a north-south direction and runs parallel to the sea becomes an intermediary between the landscape and the exhibition hall, creating an open, bright, flowing, impressive, relaxed and pleasant space.
