#New Year's Flavor in Memory#
When I was a child, I was most looking forward to the Chinese New Year.
Because there is meat to eat during the Chinese New Year, the production team will divide the meat. I remember that at that time, each production team had pig farms, and every year after the pigs were handed in, the production team would kill a few pigs and distribute them to each family.
On the day of the pig slaughter, the adults were extremely busy, and the children were also full of anticipation around the pig killing site. After the pork is killed and weighed, it is distributed according to the average number of heads, and each household can share a few catties of meat. Pig scalps, pork ribs, big bones, legs, internal organs, pig blood, etc., are divided into dozens of piles according to a pile per household, and they are all marked with numbers. Write dozens of more signs, one person from each family will draw lots, take the number to a pile of searches, find the one with the same number and give it to the responsible person to look at the number, and you can take it.
When I get home, pork and pork ribs that can be used as New Year's dishes are not edible for the time being, and I keep them for the New Year. Only pork bones can be stewed with radish or cabbage for a delicious meal.
