Mr. Yang Zhouping has been engaged in the profession of a judge for nearly 40 years with his "sword of justice", and has been widely respected by the people from a young judge to a court leader. Mr. Yang Zhouping used his "pen of wind and moon" to write a rigorous and sophisticated text like a pyramid "seams"; "more words are not allowed, less words are not", his beautiful and meticulous language expression, just right to fit in his life, and become the most expressive part.

In his writings, judges are the most beautiful professions. Mr. Yang Zhouping, as the most capable judge in Fengxiang, has a career of nearly 40 years of ups and downs, handled countless cases, and won rave reviews from outside the industry. He has been the president of the civil court for six years and has handled more than 1,000 cases of marriage and family disputes, but none of them have any problems. He said: "Heavenly principles are natural principles, laws, and human conscience, and human feelings are human feelings, and human feelings are common feelings. "In his nearly 40 years as a judge, he has come into contact with countless clients, but none of them have pestered and troubled; he has been rated as an outstanding judge and a political and legal officer with whom the people are satisfied. His professionalism and good deeds make people feel awe-inspiring and warm.
Literature was his lifelong hobby. He said: "My book is like a chicken laying eggs, if there are eggs, they will be laid, and if you don't hold back, you will panic!" "Love about the Wind and Moon" includes 89 excellent prose works written by Mr. Zhou Ping over the past 30 years, the second collection of essays "A City of Smoke and Rain" includes more than 70 essays he has written in recent years, and the third collection of essays "A Tree Blossoms" is about to meet the majority of readers. So far, he has published more than 150,000 words in mainstream print and online media such as "People's Daily", "People's Digest", "Rule of Law Daily", "Shaanxi Daily", "Selected Essays", "American Literature", "Learning Power, Learning Platform" and other mainstream print and online media. He also plans to publish a novel "Grass on the Plain", which uses Fengxiangyuan as the background of his creation, and carefully paints various "grassroots people". In June 2022, he was honored to be elected as the first director of the China Judges Federation of Literary and Art Circles. In April 2023, his collection of essays "A City of Smoke and Rain" won the third "Liuwei Literature Award" of the Baoji Writers Association. At the beginning of 2024, his essay "Guanzhong Xifu, the Source of Qin Cavity" won the "Splendid Huazhang Discovery Baoji" National Poetry and Prose Drama Theme Essay Excellence Award sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and the Baoji Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and his other works have won national, provincial and municipal literary awards several times. In his early years, he joined the Chinese Prose Literature Association, Shaanxi Writers Association and other literary organizations, and concurrently served as the executive vice chairman of the Baoji Fengxiang District Writers Association, the director of the Baoji Writers Association, and the chairman of the board of supervisors of the Baoji Su Shi Cultural Research Association. The achievement of these literary achievements is the best reward for his penmanship. In his writings, you can always find the cherishing of family affection, loyalty to the profession, and admiration for literature. In "That Year's College Entrance Examination", the thin, weak, slightly shy, glassed, and literary dream of the young man fought against time, attacked the city and plundered the village, became friends with time, bowed down and struggled, and hid incomparably hard and powerful characteristics under the seemingly weak appearance, and finally became a member of the "pride of the sky" in the college entrance examination that year. After entering the grassroots court in July 1988, in addition to working diligently and well, in his spare time, he sailed through the waves and sailed thousands of miles in the rivers and lakes of words.
He said: "There is no still life that escapes the minions of time, but to transfer it to a container of words." In this container, he doesn't care, wantonly swaying, indulging in sublimation, "listen to the voice of the heart and pursue eternal dreams!"
The best way to see something is to make yourself worthy of it. Therefore, we will listen to the most sincere and strongest inner voice of a senior judge and writer in the hometown of the pre-Qin period and the fertile wilderness of Yongzhou, which is full of history: "The life of pen cultivation is lighter than a horse, and the life of a leaf and a boat is peaceful."
